Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Overview:
  • All returns must be received within 30 days.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our own mistake.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you received a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are not accepted on Final Sale items. Please see the list below.
Final Sale:
  1. Items in promotional categories or discounted 30% or more
  2. Underwear, nipple covers, face masks, leggings or socks
  3. Personalized or customized items
  4. Swimsuits are missing, sanitary pads fall off
Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return policy period will be returned to the customer as final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes 1-3 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email [email protected] and send your item to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
